Return Policy
At Illumiwave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, please contact us at info@illumiwaveco.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns for Damaged Items
We will only accept returns for damaged items under the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened and still in its original packaging.
- You must provide photo evidence of the damage on the day the item is received.
- The evidence must be submitted to us no later than 24 hours after receiving the item.
To start a return for a damaged item, please contact us at info@illumiwaveco.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping address and instructions. Please note that returns are the responsibility of the customer, and all return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for:
- If the customer has changed their mind
- If the item has been opened or used
- If the item has been deliberately damaged or altered for fraudulent return purposes
- If evidence of the reason for return has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item. Please follow the return instructions to start the process.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, and without justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Incorrect Addresses
Illumiwave is not responsible for orders that are mis-shipped due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. We will not issue a refund or replacement for orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout.
